Honeysuckle, Meyer Lemon, nectarine and Chamomile tea unfold initially, leading to richer, bolder aromas of honey and crème brûlée, all with a perfect hint of flintiness. Concentrated flavors of pear tart, lemon curd, lime zest and toasty brioche meld together seamlessly with the mineral backbone. Finishes with a tangy pop of acidity and a beautiful, creamy texture that lingers on the palate.
