Always an aromatic treat, the 2023 Russian River Chardonnay entices with fresh baked apples, golden pears, a dash of warm spices, and a generous squeeze of crisp lemon. The medium bodied palate is layered with orchard fruits, crushed ginger, citrus zest, and a hint of brioche. The tangy acidity is crisp and bright, while the slight creaminess from lees aging rounds out the edges into a satisfying, persistent finish.

Our Russian River Valley Chardonnay is a vibrant expression of the region’s hallmark elegance, purity, and finesse. Blended from several vineyard sources, this wine showcases the diversity and depth of the Russian River Valley. This vintage brings together fruit from iconic sites, including Rochioli and Allen vineyards, which lend depth, structure, and concentration. Olivet Lane Vineyard contributes brightness and lively acidity, thanks to its prized Wente clone. The result is a layered and complex Chardonnay with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and subtle spice.
