The Collector’s Tour is a curated experience designed for passionate wine collectors to taste and acquire rare, quality wines from three producers in the acclaimed Russian River & Dry Creek Valleys. Guests will have the opportunity to explore a variety of wine styles, including single-vineyard Pinot Noir at Gary Farrell, classically-made Italian varietals at DaVero, and Bordeaux inspired wines of Lambert Bridge. This tasting experience presents guests with an exclusive opportunity to add a breadth of collectible wines to their personal cellars, directly from the source.

The day will begin by indulging in a connoisseur tasting in the stunning Cellar Room. Our Cellar Flight experience includes an enlightening discussion of our unique terroir, vintage variation, and artisanal winemaking practices, while savoring six of our library vintage wines paired with an accompaniment of local cheese and charcuterie.

The day will continue with a private, guided tour of our estate winery and farm, with an informative conversation of how Biodynamic farming significantly relates to the balance and complexity found in our naturally made Italian wines and olive oils. We will sit down in a beautiful private room for a cultivated wine and olive oil tasting with a seasonal food pairing plate that highlights our unique and age-worthy wines.

The day will conclude with a behind-the-scenes tour of the winery – where one of our Estate Ambassadors will guide you through the intricacies of winemaking here at Gary Farrell. Then, share a communal tasting featuring a selection of five wines, each paired with an artisan cheese and a lively discussion.
