The Overlook Sunrise

Long, sun-filled days call for something light, bright, and effortlessly refreshing. Dreamed up by our Tasting Room Manager, Alexis Kandanes, our Overlook Sunrise Rosé Spritz is a recipe crafted to showcase the vibrant character of our Rosé of Pinot Noir.

As beautiful in the glass as it is on the palate, the Overlook Sunrise is perfect for poolside afternoons, brunch with friends, or a quiet evening on the patio.

It’s simple, elegant, and sure to become your go-to summer cocktail. Find the recipe below and be sure to stock up on our 2024 Rosé of Pinot Noir (limited release) so you’re ready for spritz season.

Ingredients:

60z Gary Farrell 2024 Rosé of Pinot Noir

3oz grapefruit sparkling soda

3-4 dashes orange bitters

1 teaspoon Campari

Instructions:

In a glass of your choice (wine glass, stemless, tumbler, etc), combine the 2024 Gary Farrell Rosé with the grapefruit sparkling soda and orange bitters.

Pour the Campari over the top and stir in gently. Garnish with a slice of citrus or edible flower.
