Online orders may be shipped to the following states:

Please Note: AK and HI use 2 Day Air Shipping only; Some states have volume limitations per person, per address, per month, and/or per year.

Wine contains alcohol so shipments require an adult signature of a person 21+ years of age.
Wine may not be shipped to PO Boxes. We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.

Orders placed Monday-Friday by 9am PST will be processed by the winery the same day. Orders placed after 9am may be processed on the next business day. Orders do not ship on weekends or major holidays. For Express requests including 2 Day Air or Overnight delivery, orders must be received by the winery by 9am PST for same day fulfillment and shipping. Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery uses a third party fulfillment center and orders generally ship from CA within 1-2 business days of order processing Mon-Wed; however, the exact shipment date and common carrier used (UPS or FedEx) depends on the delivery method, inventory, weather, and external factors beyond our control.

Orders generally take 1-3 business days to reach the delivery destination and a tracking number will be emailed upon shipment to the address listed in the order. Orders ship Monday through Wednesday unless specially requested. *Holiday shipping Nov & Dec orders ship Mon-Fri. Orders are shipped UPS Ground direct from our fulfillment center, unless otherwise requested. For Express requests including 2 Day Air or Overnight delivery, orders must be received by the winery by 9am PST for same day fulfillment and shipping.
ALL OTHER STATES NOT LISTED ABOVE:
Orders generally take 3-6 business days to reach the delivery destination and a tracking number will be emailed upon shipment to the address listed in the order. Orders ship Monday through Wednesday unless specially requested. *Holiday Shipping Nov-Dec orders ship Mon-Fri. Orders are shipped UPS Ground direct from our fulfillment center, unless otherwise requested. For Express requests including 2 Day Air or Overnight delivery, orders must be received by the winery by 9am PST for same day fulfillment and shipping. Temperature control shipping is available by special request but can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
WINE & HEAT: Wine can be subjected to temperatures of up to 120°F for a few hours and escape unharmed (read more here). We ship year-round and rarely ever have quality issues due to weather. Please trust us to hold/delay your shipment as necessary, or replace any wines damaged in transit.
If an order is mis-shipped due to incorrect order information provided by the sender,
the sender is responsible for all associated fees and will be billed accordingly
by Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery. Mis-shipments include: delivery to the wrong
address, delivery intercepts, and orders returned to the winery. In the event that
Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery or our third party fulfillment center processes
an order incorrectly, we will incur the fees associated to re-route or re-ship the
order for accurate delivery.*
*It is the responsibility of all Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery wine club members
to maintain accurate membership information at all times. Changes to your membership
must be submitted in writing two weeks prior to February 1, May 1 and September
1 to avoid mis-shipments of automatic wine club releases.
Gary Farrell Winery is not responsible for UPS or Fed Ex shipping delays which can be frequent during the holiday season.
Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery will always do its utmost to ensure timely order
processing and delivery to meet or exceed customers’ expectations. With this commitment,
we appreciate your understanding of factors out of our control and actions taken
outside of the policies listed above to accommodate customer requests. We reserve
the right to change our shipping policies and procedures at any time to accommodate
our team, fulfillment partners, and customers.
