WINEMAKING
This is a true artisan wine, where an intriguing marriage of varietals were blended together to create a wine of great balance, structure and complexity. Mountain vineyards are known for tremendous acid retention, smaller clusters and low yields, resulting in intense, balanced and well-extracted fruit. While the goal with this wine was never to obtain excessive ripeness and extract, it is nevertheless very broad and deep in its structure and rich fruit profile. Crafted in a style which will evolve gracefully for many years, this wine will be appreciated by all for its expressive varietals, abundance and balance.
