These grapes were hand harvested in the early morning hours on August 28th and 29th, with an average sugar content of 23.6 degrees brix, .82 gm/100 ml total titratable acidity and 3.40 pH.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES
With Pinot Noir, clonal selection and blending are enormously important. We produce multiple wines from this vineyard, separating by clonal lots and then later carefully selecting the appropriate blend of these components to maximize complexity, richness and depth of flavor.
