Our Chardonnays are crisp and fruit–focused, with generously balanced acidity in the true Russian River Valley tradition. When selecting vineyards for Chardonnay, we look for fruit that will ripen at peak acidity for his targeted brix. We find these wines to have the characteristic fruit profile and generous acidity that make them great wines to pair with food.
